Executive Assistant (Senior Leadership Support)

Location: New York, NY 10004

Duration: 14 Weeks (Potential Extension)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 Hours/Week)

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a highly detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a Division Head. This role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage a fast-paced executive environment with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex and high-volume executive calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless communication and logistics
• Prepare, edit, format, and maintain documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Develop and support presentations using PowerPoint
• Maintain data and records using Microsoft Access (as needed)
• Handle correspondence with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Support day-to-day administrative needs for senior leadership
• Work independently while prioritizing tasks effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Demonstrated ability to manage calendars and executive scheduling
• Experience in a healthcare or large hospital environment preferred
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
