Staff Pharmacist – Long-Term Care | Future PIC Opportunity
We’re partnering with a well-established, community-rooted pharmacy in downtown Binghamton that is growing its long-term care (LTC) and home delivery services —and looking for a sharp, motivated pharmacist to join the team and grow into a future PIC role .

- Work-Life Balance – Monday–Friday daytime schedule (8:30am–6:00pm) with Minimal Weekends – Occasional short Saturday (<1/month) only when needed
- Closed-Door Feel – Primarily LTC + mail/home delivery (very little walk-in traffic)
- Growing Business – Expanding LTC footprint with strong leadership and stability
Practice Setting
- Hybrid Retail + LTC + Mail/Home Delivery Pharmacy
- Focus on long-term care patients and medication-at-home services
- Technology: QS1 + RX30 automation
- Packaging: Blister packs
- Collaborative, experienced team including:
- Long-tenured PIC (mentor opportunity)
- Compounding pharmacist on-site
- Supportive staff with deep community roots
Who We’re Looking For
- Active New York Pharmacist License
- LTC experience strongly preferred
- Open to:
- Retail pharmacists ready to transition into LTC
- Sharp, motivated new grads eager to learn and grow
