Overnight In Room Dining Supervisor

Casa Tua is seeking an experienced and service-driven Overnight In-Room Dining Supervisor to oversee overnight in-room dining operations at our luxury hotel property. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in an independent environment, takes ownership of the guest experience, and enjoys balancing guest service, food and beverage operations, and overnight hotel coordination.
As the overnight leader for the department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of in-room dining service during overnight hours, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational standards, and serving as a key point of contact between guests, the culinary team, and hotel departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service & Operations
- Deliver a luxury in-room dining experience that reflects Casa Tua's hospitality standards.
- Receive and coordinate guest orders while providing menu guidance and personalized service.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and special accommodations with professionalism and urgency.
- Serve as the overnight point person for in-room dining operations and guest-related issues.
Food & Beverage Execution
- Prepare and present beverages, specialty coffees, fresh juices, and overnight menu offerings according to established standards.
- Ensure all orders are accurately prepared, organized, and delivered in a timely manner.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail in food presentation and service execution.
Leadership & Department Oversight
- Take ownership of overnight operations and ensure all opening, operating, and closing procedures are completed.
- Coordinate effectively with culinary, front desk, housekeeping, and hotel teams to ensure seamless guest service.
- Monitor service quality and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Lead by example while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
Cleanliness & Compliance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready workspace at all times.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and Department of Health standards.
- Complete required cleaning, stocking, and inventory tasks during overnight shifts.
- Previous supervisory, lead, or management experience in a luxury hotel, in-room dining, restaurant, or food and beverage environment required.
- Strong guest service and hospitality skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards preferred.
- Experience with luxury hotel operations is highly desirable.
