We're partnering with a highly successful, chef-driven restaurant inspired by the vibrant flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean, with strong Lebanese influences and a loyal following that continues to grow. Known for its warm hospitality, beautiful food, energetic dining room, and passionate team, the restaurant has become a staple of its neighborhood and is entering an exciting new chapter.
We're now searching for a Chef de Cuisine / Head Chef to help lead the kitchen and continue building on that success.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a chef who loves bold flavors, seasonal cooking, wood-fired techniques, vibrant vegetables, exceptional hospitality, and leading a team that genuinely enjoys working together.
The OpportunityWorking closely with ownership and the leadership team, you'll oversee the day-to-day culinary operations while helping continue the restaurant's evolution. You'll be responsible for maintaining the consistency and quality guests have come to expect while bringing your own creativity, leadership, and perspective to the kitchen.
You'll oversee service, ordering, inventory, food costs, scheduling, training, and quality control while working alongside a talented Sous Chef and an experienced BOH team that takes pride in what they do. This is not a kitchen that needs rebuilding—it's a strong, supportive team looking for the right leader to inspire, mentor, and continue raising the bar.
The owners are looking for someone who enjoys collaboration. They value fresh ideas, seasonal ingredients, and chefs who are excited to contribute creatively while respecting the identity and success of the restaurant. You'll have the opportunity to develop new dishes, collaborate on menu evolution, and help shape the future of an already thriving concept.
Who You AreYou're an experienced culinary leader who thrives in busy, chef-driven restaurants. You understand how to balance creativity with consistency and know that great food is only possible when great teams are built first.
You lead from the front, stay calm during service, communicate with respect, and believe that mentoring cooks is just as important as creating memorable dishes.
Experience with Middle Eastern, Lebanese, Mediterranean, or live-fire cooking is certainly appreciated, but above all, we're looking for someone with strong culinary fundamentals, excellent leadership skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
