Duties
Lead daily operations of the Radiology nursing team
Drive patient throughput, quality outcomes, and safety initiatives
Manage staffing, acuity, and departmental workflow
Oversee budgeting, productivity, and financial performance
Champion Magnet-level practices & shared governance
Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff for long-term growth
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
Partner with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care delivery
What You Bring
Active NY RN License
BSN required
Proven leadership or management experience in a hospital setting
Strong background in operations, staffing, and team development
BLS required (ACLS if applicable)
Passion for quality improvement, patient safety, and staff engagement
