POSITION SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience conforming to guidelines of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness
Maintain a clean, safe environment in the dining room and all service stations
Complete side-work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard
Welcome all guests and ensure guests receive approachable and gracious services at all times
Deliver exceptional service consistently
Maintain a good working relationship with others by promoting teamwork and fostering a harmonious working environment
Operate ethically to protect the image of the company
Understand and perform job duties to the expectation
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience required with extensive food, wine, beer, and spirits knowledge
Must have a strong sense of urgency
Must be conscious of physical presentation, meticulous to detail, and clean work habits
Possess the ability to multitask with a calm demeanor and be able to maintain order under pressure
Embody a warm and engaging personality with poise and elegance
Be professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual
Be self-disciplined, show initiative, and demonstrate high degree of drive and determination
Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic with the mentality of a team player
Full-time flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays)
Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.35) plus tips
