Title: Systems & Data Analyst – Integrations & Automation

Location: New York, NY (Manhattan Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Salary Range: $120000 – $150000 / Year

A highly respected professional services organization is seeking a Systems & Data Analyst to join its Business Systems team and help modernize its enterprise application environment.

We're looking for someone who understands how enterprise applications communicate and can use APIs, UiPath and automation technologies to connect systems, streamline workflows and improve the movement of data across an organization.

You'll partner with IT, Finance, HR and other business teams while supporting an evolving portfolio of enterprise applications.

What You'll Do:

• Design and support integrations between enterprise applications
• Build and enhance automated workflows using UiPath
• Work extensively with APIs and application integrations
• Automate manual and inefficient business processes
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
• Support data migration, validation and integration initiatives
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues
• Work with API authentication, encryption, certificates and secure data exchange
• Collaborate with internal teams and external technology vendors

What We're Looking For:

• 4-6 years of relevant systems/application experience
• Hands-on UiPath experience – required
• Strong API and systems integration experience – required
• Experience supporting enterprise business applications
• Legal or professional services experience strongly preferred
• Exposure to Aderant, 3E, DealCloud, Sierra or similar platforms is highly desirable
• Power BI and SQL experience are beneficial
• Strong communication and requirements-gathering capabilities
• Bachelor's Degree

Workday experience is a nice-to-have, NOT a requirement.

Strong UiPath, API, integration and enterprise application experience who can learn the environment.
