Store Manager (Amherst)

Dash's Market is looking for a General Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, retail management experience and a passion for delivering a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and supervise all store staff, including training and scheduling

-Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness and organization

-Monitor inventory levels, order products and manage stock control to minimize waste and shortages

-Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets

-Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations and food handling standards

-Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional manner

REQUIREMENTS

  • Great customer service skills- friendly, positive attitude!
  • Open and flexible availability, including weekends
  • Must have General Manager experience in a retail setting
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
