Senior Data Analyst
Position: Senior Associate Data Analyst
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
• Perform complex data analysis and employ advanced data analytics techniques to derive actionable insights and facilitate informed business decision-making.
• Conduct data mining, data mapping, data integration, data cleaning, data normalization, and data manipulation to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of data management processes.
• Develop data models, create matrices for analysis, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Create reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools to support strategic decision-making.
• Transform raw data into meaningful reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Utilize big data technologies and SQL query development, with experience in cloud-based systems.
• Gather requirements, prioritize user stories, and create UML diagrams and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
• Work independently on projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Apply AI techniques and tools to enhance data analysis and predictive modeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and implement effective data collection methodologies.
Requirements:Must have:
Experience with big data technologies and cloud-based systems like Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure.
Possess comprehensive knowledge of healthcare systems, US healthcare regulations, and data privacy standards.
Strong technical skills in programming languages like Python, R, and SQL.
Apply AI techniques and tools to enhance data analysis and predictive modeling.
Need someone with strong data analytics experience
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a discipline with a strong analytical focus, such as analytics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, informatics, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in data analysis, with proficiency in data visualization and data modeling.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting large volumes of data from disparate data sources with the ability to error proof the output of analysis.
• Strong technical skills in programming languages like Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience working with, manipulating, joining, and analyzing complex data sets in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and similar tools.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with big data technologies and cloud-based systems like Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of healthcare systems, US healthcare regulations, and data privacy standards.
• Experience with AI techniques and tools for data analysis.
• Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and practices.
