Project Overview
- Support enterprise-level organizational transformation initiatives.
- Lead change management and engagement activities.
- Partner with project leadership and business stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of new processes, operating models, and behaviors.
- Support transformation programs within utility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change management workstreams from planning to deployment.
- Conduct change impact and benefit assessments.
- Perform stakeholder interviews and alignment workshops.
- Develop change strategies, engagement plans, and communication materials.
- Create department-specific alignment plans and templates.
- Build stakeholder relationships and gain leadership support.
- Develop training materials and change readiness criteria.
- Track change activities, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Report progress and escalate change-related concerns.
Required Skills

- Project Management Certification (PMP preferred).
- Related professional certifications.
