Project Overview

• Support enterprise-level organizational transformation initiatives.
• Lead change management and engagement activities.
• Partner with project leadership and business stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of new processes, operating models, and behaviors.
• Support transformation programs within utility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change management workstreams from planning to deployment.
• Conduct change impact and benefit assessments.
• Perform stakeholder interviews and alignment workshops.
• Develop change strategies, engagement plans, and communication materials.
• Create department-specific alignment plans and templates.
• Build stakeholder relationships and gain leadership support.
• Develop training materials and change readiness criteria.
• Track change activities, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Report progress and escalate change-related concerns.

Required Skills

• Organizational change management methodologies.
• Large-scale transformation project leadership.
• Project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Change impact analysis and readiness assessment.
• Experience managing complex business environments.
