The Role As a Data Centric UI Developer, You will have a background in data visualization to build proof-of-concepts, applications for pilots, and first-version Minimum Viable Products(MVP). Primarily, you will be working on projects related to data and artificial intelligence so you must have a sense for how to represent data as well as how to frame an entire application. Kyndryl data science teams are everywhere; leveraging AI to help empower field workers with AI-assisted decision-making, creating a platform to help banks fight money laundering, and even ensuring that clients' interactions with generative AI are safe. We need you to help make these awesome advancements pretty enough to dazzle our customers. To be successful you will need to collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into responsive and user-friendly web interfaces and implement responsive design principles, ensuring seamless experiences across various devices and screen sizes. Utilize expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create visually appealing and functional prototypes and minimum viable products (MVPs) and find the most visually expressive way to display a data set. You will leverage prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to transform design wireframes into interactive and pixel-perfect UI elements and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, understanding design requirements, and offering technical insights while respecting the design intent. If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $ 102,390 to $ 233,450 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in at least one data analytics platform such as Power BI, Looker, Google Analytics, or AWS Quicksight and the ability to learn many more.
• Demonstrated expertise in responsive web design, understanding how to create interfaces optimized for various devices and resolutions.
• Strong grasp of UI/UX design principles, including color theory, typography, layout, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to continuous learning, staying updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Preferred Skills and Expertise:

• Experience using prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to transform design concepts into functional prototypes.
• Engaged in the development of applications for financial services.
