Construction Management Intern (Buildings/ K-12) - Westchester, NY

We are looking for driven and curious, client-focused Entry Level & Interns with an interest in Construction Management to join us in Westchester, New York. This position is tied to our NYC office but will be located at a project site in Westchester, New York and will require daily driving travel to this project site.

We’ll rely on you to provide support to our teams on critical projects while fostering a culture of continuous learning as you bring fresh ideas to the table. Working closely with your construction project manager, you’ll be immersed in both project design and compliance as well as site construction and evaluation. You’ll work with the best Engineers and Project Managers in the business, as well as gain experience working directly with project contractors.
You will be helping to review RFIs, submittals, attending weekly project meetings and taking meeting minutes, creating schedules, creating, and reviewing estimates and contractor proposals, ensuring that schedule and budget are maintained within acceptable parameters.

Here's what you'll need
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited program
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Vehicle and clean driving record
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- 3.0 GPA
- A previous internship related to your field of study
Posted Salary Range: Minimum
45,000.00
Posted Salary Range: Upper
65,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $45,000.00 to $65,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
