Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans for surgical safety products that drive awareness and commercial success.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends, leveraging findings to inform product positioning.
• Create compelling marketing content across various channels including digital, social media, and print.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and customer support to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize effectiveness.
• Participate in trade shows and conferences to promote products and gather feedback from industry professionals.
• Train sales teams on product features and benefits to ensure effective communication to customers.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Experience:
