Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans for surgical safety products that drive awareness and commercial success.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends, leveraging findings to inform product positioning.
- Create compelling marketing content across various channels including digital, social media, and print.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and customer support to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize effectiveness.
- Participate in trade shows and conferences to promote products and gather feedback from industry professionals.
- Train sales teams on product features and benefits to ensure effective communication to customers.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
