The Manufacturing Associate plays a crucial role in a high-tech manufacturing environment, supporting production through meticulous quality control and machine operation. This position primarily operates on the day shift within a medium-sized production team, where attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures ensure product excellence and team efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections to maintain product standards
• Operate manufacturing machines with attention to safety and efficiency
• Conduct basic cleaning and inspection of machines to ensure proper function
• Follow established safety procedures and protocols
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals
• Communicate any issues or improvements clearly to supervisors

Preferred Qualifications
