At Uncle G’s, we believe every loaf tells a story — and we’re looking for a Bread Baker to help us craft the freshest, most delicious breads in our store! From golden breads to hearty loaves, you’ll bring joy to our customers with every batch that comes out of the oven. If you love the smell of warm bread, have experience shaping dough into perfection, and can handle the heat of a busy bakery, this is your chance to shine!

What You’ll Do

1. Prepare gourmet breads, rolls and traditional Italian baked breads using our gourmet recipes
2. Follow production schedules to keep the bakery stocked with fresh goods
3. Measure, mix, knead, and shape dough into loaves, rolls, and specialty creations
4. Keep ovens at just the right temperature for that perfect bake
5. Work as part of a team, while serving up smiles to our customers

What We’re Looking For

1. HS Diploma or equivalent
2. Prior experience as a Bread Baker or Pizza Maker
3. Knowledge of different breads, shapes, and baking styles
4. Ability to stand and move around for the full shift
5. Strong English communication skills required
