Full-Time Administrator Wanted – ACAP (Association of Chinese American Physicians) Location: Flushing, NY
Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 per year

The Association of Chinese American Physicians (ACAP) is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Full-Time Administrator to join our team in Flushing, NY. ACAP is a well-established non-profit organization committed to serving the Chinese American medical community and promoting health education and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily administrative operations of the organization

· Manage program implementation at the local, regional, and, when applicable, international levels to support and advance ACAP’s mission

· Coordinate and organize events, meetings, and community outreach activities

· Serve as a primary point of contact for members, partners, and the public

· Support the Board of Directors and executive team with scheduling, communications, and project management

· Oversee financial budgeting and prepare regular financial reports for the President and Board of Directors

· Maintain compliance with all government regulations applicable to non-profit organizations

· Prepare accurate and timely minutes for each executive board meeting and ensure adoption at the following meeting

· Maintain accurate records and manage organizational documentation

· Assist with membership management and engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree required

· Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (mandatory)

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Strong organizational and time management abilities

· Experience in event planning and coordination preferred

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common office software

· Prior experience in a non-profit or healthcare setting is a plus
