Manager II, Engineering SDLC Developer Experience

As an Engineering Manager II within SDLC youll lead a group of talented engineers focused on building tools systems and processes that empower developers to deliver high-quality software faster and more reliably. Youll own key parts of the software development lifecycledriving improvements in CI/CD build infrastructure testing frameworks or release automation. Your mission is to create an exceptional engineering experience that scales with our growing organization fostering a culture of technical excellence innovation and continuous improvement.

What Youll Do:

• Define the vision strategy and technical direction for a part of the SDLC organization in partnership with staff engineers and cross-team leaders relying on our internal platforms
• Coach and develop senior engineers and managers fostering a culture of high performance inclusion and psychological safety
• Oversee project planning execution and technical quality ensuring operational excellence and system reliability
• Participate in hiring and organizational planning for future growth

Who You Are:

• Experienced working on and leading internal platforms and/or developer productivity & developer experience organizations
• You have experience with monorepos CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
• You have experience working with one or more of the following languages: Java Go Python or Rust.
• Experience working with Bazel is strongly preferred.
• Excited and engaged about defining the future SDLC powered by Gen AI advancement
• A strong people manager able to attract develop and retain top engineering talent
• Youre comfortable managing geographically distributed teams (across the Americas & Europe) and you have experience managing other managers.
