Hospitality Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Store Hours 7AM-9:45PM

Cashier Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak Enthusiastically
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand at all times
• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while providing quality food and excellent customer service
• Demonstrates knowledge of products, services, and sales promotions offered to assist guests
• Customer service duties:

- Greeting guests

- Completing transactions on the cash register

- Serving and running orders out

- Restocking supplies

• Maintaining a clean store environment
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be 16 years or older
• Consistency and reliability
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Loves serving and helping others
• Customer service oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
• Candidates must be able to work Friday or Saturday shifts!
