Electronic / Electro-Mechanical Assembler Contract Opportunity | L3Harris (via Yoh) Location: Henrietta, NY Min payrate - $17.50 Max payrate - $21.88Yoh is hiring Electronic and Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to support our client L3Harris, a well-known leader in technology and defense manufacturing, located in Henrietta, NY. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, following technical instructions, and working in a structured manufacturing environment. What You'll Be Doing As an Assembler, you'll be responsible for assembling electronic and electro-mechanical components using both manual and automated processes. * Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly work * Read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions * Complete wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing tasks * Identify and resolve routine issues during the assembly process * Work under general supervision with some peer review * Complete smaller, task-oriented assignments * Stand for the entire shift What We're Looking For * High School Diploma or GED required * 4+ years of relevant assembly experience OR a post-secondary/associate degree with 0-2 years of related experience * Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow detailed instructions Pre-Employment Requirement: All offers are contingent upon passing pre-employment screenings, including drug testing. Candidates must test negative for marijuana. Shifts & Pay Rates * 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM | $17.50/hr * 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday | 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM | $19.25/hr * 3rd Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday 6am-6:30pm l $21.88/hrTraining Requirement: All candidates must complete a 2-week training program, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
