Sales Associate

Position Summary:

The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional, personalized shopping experience to clients and customers while driving sales of high-end designer apparel and accessories for both men and women. A strong passion for fashion, impeccable styling ability, and a deep understanding of luxury clientele are essential to this role . An overriding commitment to outstanding customer service is also required. The Sales Associate must also have the ability to forge long-lasting positive relationships with clients as an outgrowth of outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding personalized service to clients and customers through one-on-one consultations, styling advice, and wardrobe curation.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and contribute to overall store performance.
• Build lasting client relationships by maintaining detailed client records and conducting regular outreach and follow-ups.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends, designers, and brand awareness across both men's and women's luxury collections.
• Maintain store visual standards, ensuring merchandise is beautifully presented at all times.
• Handle transactions with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring client confidentiality and security.
• Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and receiving of new collections.
• Support team members in daily operations and maintain a positive, collaborative environment.
• Uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality, discretion, and service.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in both men's and women's fashion.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong styling skills and deep understanding of luxury fashion and customer expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays is required
• Proficiency with POS systems and clientelling tools (e.g., CRM software).
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Carry up to 10 lbs.
