Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

The Coordinator, Global Streaming Product Group is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, activity and communication support to our Media Group Chief Product Officer and select team. This role involves supporting key employee functions and communications activities, while offering administrative assistance to the Chief Product Officer, NBCU Media Group, and Global Streaming.
Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Chief Product Officer, NBCU Media Group and Global Streaming including calendar and expense support.

Provide select administrative support to select members of the broader Media Group Product team as needed.

Collaborate with the product team to support employee engagement initiatives, including coordinating logistics for speaker series, recognition programs, and supporting employee survey action plans.

Work with the Product Operations Team to report on key metrics for the central Media Group Product team.

Analyze data and create clear presentations to support select Product strategies and initiatives.

Manage special projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals, while offering support to other department members as needed.

Oversee general administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, streamlining operations, and ensuring day-to-day functions run smoothly for the Product and Design department.

Oversee inventory and replenishment of all in-office supplies, including snacks and office materials, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workplace environment.

Perform other duties as assigned and assist with special projects as needed.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
-
Minimum of 1 year of administrative, coordinator or related experience in meeting fast-paced employee based or client needs.

Must be willing to work in New York, NY.?

Previous experience maintaining executive's phone, calendar, and work and travel schedules using Microsoft Outlook

Understanding of the technology, products, and terminology used in the streaming world

Solid interpersonal skills, including a professional phone manner and in-person presence

Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint

Ability to maintain confidential information

Proactive work ethic around problem solving and project management

Ability to understand priorities and adjust meetings and content appropriately

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
