: Position Information Position Title Experiential Education Office Coordinator Job Function Staff Worker Category Full Time Indicate Scheduled Hours Per Pay Appointment Length 12 Month Duration of Appointment Semester Appointment Term Position Summary The Experiential Education Coordinator primarily supports the day-to-day operations of the Division of Experiential Education and serves as a liaison between the Division, the College community, and external affiliated sites. The Coordinator also provides support to the Department of Pharmacy Practice. Responsibilities will be split accordingly:
  • 80% to Experiential Education
  • 20% to Pharmacy Practice
Major Duties & Responsibilities to Experiential Education:
  • Maintain experiential education database (CORE ELMS) including student, preceptor, and organization contact information; reporting; scheduling; student profiles and portfolios
  • Maintain student absence documentation and submission of hours in CORE ELMS
  • Solicit and maintain preceptor availability
  • Oversee the special arrangement process for non-affiliated sites
  • Coordinate student assignments/reassignments for APPE and IPPE rotations
  • Coordinate communications and distribute materials from Experiential Education to students and preceptors
  • Assist with maintenance of Canvas pages related to Experiential Education
  • Assist with Experiential Education events, including preceptor development and student recognition ceremonies
  • Support international initiatives led by the Assistant Dean of Experiential Education
  • Record minutes of monthly Pharmacy Experiential Education Committee and other EE meetings, as needed
Major Duties & Responsibilities to Pharmacy Practice
  • Serve as an exam proctor for assessments during the semester and final exam weeks.
  • Review exam questions for major assessments in the online assessment portal (ExamSoft).
  • Attend Department of Pharmacy Practice meetings and retreats when appropriate.
  • Assist with maintenance of Canvas pages related to courses within Pharmacy Practice.
  • Assist with instructional supply ordering for Pharmacy Practice courses.

Required Qualifications HS Diploma/GED required. Minimum of 2 years administrative experience required. Preferred Qualifications AAS Degree preferred. Physical Demands Position Salary Range $25 - $27/hour
