Christes Restaurant of West Seneca, NY is actively seeking vibrant Line Cooks to join our kitchen team! We have full-time and part-tim e positions available.

This exciting role earns a starting rate of $18 per hour with quick increases with comparable performance and experience. We offer competitive pay and excellent benefits for our full-time employees. As a Line Cook in the kitchen of Christes Restaurant, you are part of a culinary staff with extraordinary standards. You are passionate about good food and exceeding our patrons' expectations. Each shift, you will be preparing delicious home-style food items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You carefully follow recipes and work hard to ensure the quality and consistency of the food and that it is ready in a timely manner.

In addition to the proper preparation of food, you ensure it's properly stored and handled. You inspect food prep and serving areas regularly to ensure safe, sanitary food handling practices. You love working as part of a cohesive kitchen team! You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you are never bored and time goes by quickly.

• Previous prep or line cook experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to speak, read, and understand basic cooking directions
• Ability to stand for the duration of shift
• Ability to occasionally lift heavy objects

We are looking for someone who is able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends . We can offer 4-hour shifts up to a 10 hours/day . When working efficiently, you can expect to be done by 9pm.
