Job Description : Ryder is currently hiring a full-time temporary Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer. The Sourcer's role is to provide sourcing support to the Recruiting teams and their open positions by prescreening and scheduling quality candidate interviews. This individual will work in a high volume, call center setting supporting the Human Resources department with a variety of tasks, projects and day to day routine assignments.- Support the recruitment team with the following tasks: Identify and interact with potential passive candidatesServe as the primary point of contact for incoming candidatesFacilitate/coordinate interviewsMatch candidates' skills to available openings in their areaCommunicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Provide broader Human Resources department support, including: Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needsMaintaining employee profilesEmployment ScreeningsProvide administrative and compliance support to the Recruitment teamSupports the HR team in special projects and/or assignments
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.

- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
- Polished and professional demeanor, proven experience in delivering superior high-end customer service.
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred in related field
