tasks include:
The Health Center Registration Associate is responsible for greeting patients and visitors, performing patient check in/check out processes, and scheduling appointments in a professional and timely manner. prosperous candidates will possess strong customer service expertise and excellent oral and written communication expertise. Medical practice preferred. A High School Diploma or GED is required.
»Maintains strict confidentiality of all patient information at all times.
»Conducts patient check-in/out activities.
»Enters/verifies patient information in medical record.
»Ensures all necessary paperwork has been completed and verifies insurance. Obtains payments and posts to balances for outstanding accounts.
»Schedules appointments and answer questions.
» capability to speak and read/write in Spanish is highly desired.
»Prior office practice, particularly in a medical office or hospital, is desired.
