This position offers a $650 bonus for completing all required training and working the first shift/exam. The need is for PRN up to full-time, ongoing coverage, depending on your availability.

Specialties accepted: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, or anyone with a background in general medicine or experience with compensation and pension exams.

Coverage options include:

• Travel and perform exams at VES leased facility
• Schedule Veterans within your own practice

Exam details:

• One-time non-treatment C&P exams and separation health assessments
• Primarily interview-based with some physical assessments
• No prescribing or treatment involved

Additional info:

• Quick credentialing and onboarding
• Require at least 3 Providers
• Shift options include:
• Half-day Rate: flat rate for 4-hour shifts, includes exam time and report submission (not OT or admin time)
• Daily Rate: flat rate for 8-hour shifts, includes exam time and report submission (not OT or admin time)

Minimum Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 0-3 years of residency)
• Experience with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions
• Proficient in METs testing, evaluating, and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions
• Own a personal laptop (NO MACS)
• Willing to wear a mask during all visits
• DMA certified or willing to train/certify
• Current home address listed on CV
