We partner with some of the most ambitious early-stage startups in the world, helping them hire the kind of engineers, designers, and operators that define their trajectory.
As a recruiter here, you’ll operate as an embedded extension of each company’s team, driving full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through close. You’ll work directly with founders and hiring managers who move fast, think deeply, and expect precision. This role blends the pace of an agency with the context and impact of being in-house.
What you’ll do
Own end-to-end recruiting for key technical and product roles at top-tier startups
Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to refine searches and shape hiring strategy
Source exceptional talent using creative, thoughtful outreach - no automation, just signal and depth
Run high-touch candidate experiences that reflect the quality of the companies you represent
Track pipelines, metrics, and insights to continuously refine your approach
Collaborate with teammates to share market intelligence and improve internal processes
