Virtual cards allow you to spend when you don't have your physical card and to shop online without giving merchants your actual card number. You'll be a key driver of business growth, responsible for growing first-time user conversion and monthly active users. You will own the holistic virtual card experience for our primary self-servicing channel on web and mobile. This includes everything from the technology and user experience to go-to-market strategies, as well as integrating virtual cards into onboarding, key product launches, and marketing content. As a Product Director, you will be responsible for developing and leading a high-performing product team, establishing and implementing a strategic roadmap to achieve key business outcomes, and introducing new tactics to optimize existing growth mechanisms and levers. Additionally, you will partner closely with our various lines of business to more deeply embed virtual card functionality into our broader product design and marketing lifecycle. - At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
- A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- MBA or Master’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in user experience and growth product management
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
- Experience driving first-time user conversion and monthly active user growth at scale within a large enterprise environment
