We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to support our store manager and help manage employees throughout the day. Duties of the Assistant Manager include helping department managers with issues which arise, complete tasks assigned by the Store Manager and ensure customer service needs are met. The ideal candidate should have experience with setting product displays, resolving customer complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, along with supervising and coaching staff.
Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to: -Supporting the Store Manager-Running product orders once delivered and building displays to drive sales.
-Supervising and providing constructive feedback to employees.
-Interacting with customers to build rapport and solve complaints as needed
-Assisting Department Managers in resolving issues when the Store Manager is not in the building. Requirements/Responsibilities
- Time management skills to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
-Flexibility and patience navigating scheduling changes and other issues which arise -Being detail oriented and naturally aware of what is going on around you at all times -Three to five years of supervising, POS, and cash handling experience -Strong communication, interpersonal, technology, and problem solving skills. -Great customer service skills, including patience and active listening, to ensure customers feel heard and helped -Provide support to department heads and the customer service desk -Ability to coach staff as needed. -Any other duties as directed by the store manager Special Instructions Please do not send any emails, resumes, or call.
