Join Us as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) with TSSLD Certification and a Master’s Degree in Speech!

Location: New York, Long Island, and Upstate New York.

Job Type: Full time / Part-Time / Contract

Pay Rate: $45 – $58 per 30-minute session (see rates below)

Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Early Intervention Specialists to join our team in New York, Westchester, Long Island, and Upstate New York. Our specialists provide essential services to children aged 0-3 years who have developmental delays or disabilities. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with young children and their families, providing individualized support to foster growth and development.

Pay for 30 minute session:
Clinical Fellow W2 – $48 (in-person)
Licensed SLP W2 – $56 (in-person)
Licensed SLP with DOH letter W2 – $58 (in-person)
Remote Therapy W2 – $45 (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct 30-minute intervention sessions with children in their homes or at designated locations.
Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each child’s needs.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to each child’s development.
Monitor and document each child’s progress, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary.
Provide guidance and support to families, helping them to engage in their child’s development effectively.
Maintain up-to-date records and reports in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech.
Experience working with children with developmental delays or disabilities, preferably in an early intervention setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
