What We’re Looking For:

· A compassionate Small Animal Veterinarian with a commitment to high-quality medicine.

Qualifications:

• DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and staff professionally.

Compensation & Benefits:

· $120,000 - $140,000 base salary paid plus % production – no negative accrual

· Relocation Assistance

· $2,000 CE stipend + 5 CE days

· 2 weeks PTO plus additional 5 days sick leave

· No on-call/emergency responsibilities

· 4 days work week, with one Saturday shift per month (8-12)

· Paid parental leave through New York State FMLA

· Paid professional membership dues/licensing/AVMA PLIT

· 401K with up to 4% employer match
