Bilingual Shipping and Receiving Clerk Aerospace

Job Profile: Shipping & Receiving Clerk (Aerospace)

Location: Nassau / Suffolk County, NY (Melville, Plainview, Ronkonkoma, Bay Shore hubs)

Pay Range: $19.50 – $26.00 / hour (DOE)

Shift: Morning / 1st Shift (Typically 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Core Responsibilities

• Worldwide Logistics: Coordinate international and domestic shipments using FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, and DHL Express.

• ERP Management: Daily use of ERP/MRP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Infor) to track inventory, generate BOLs (Bills of Lading), and update order status.

• Aerospace Compliance: Ensure all shipments meet strict aerospace standards, including ITAR/EAR regulations and AS9100 documentation.

• Forklift Operation: Safe operation of Sit-down, Stand-up, or Reach trucks to move high-value aerospace components.
• Communication: Act as a bridge for Spanish-speaking team members and international clients to ensure order accuracy.
