Executive Assistant
Boutique hotel chain is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support their Owner. The role will assist with all administrative tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to the owner, including calendar management, scheduling, and coordinating appointments.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, document management, and general administrative tasks.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Keep executive on time and task, and assist with meeting prep.
- Manage multi-line phone systems
- Support office operations which includes filing, data entry and clerical tasks
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to support daily operations and reporting.
- Support special projects and other business initiatives as assigned.
- Previous experience in an administrative, executive assistant, personal assistant, or related support role preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience managing calendars and scheduling using Outlook or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
