Construction Superintendent for Public Work (NYS OGS)

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with prior experience working on New York State Office of General Services (NYS OGS) projects.
Project Scope Includes:
Site work
Structural steel erection
Plumbing
Electrical
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing similar state projects, coordinating multiple trades, maintaining schedules, and ensuring compliance with NYS OGS standards and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Superintendent on NYS OGS projects
Strong knowledge of site work, steel erection, plumbing, and electrical systems
Ability to manage subcontractors and field operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
OSHA certification preferred
Important:
