Insurance Coverage Attorney
Location: New York (Hybrid – 3 Days In Office)
Ensure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application.Our client is a well-established and highly respected defense litigation firm with a longstanding reputation in insurance coverage and complex litigation. They are seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join their growing team. The firm is open to attorneys with direct insurance coverage experience as well as strong Insurance Defense attorneys interested in transitioning into coverage work.
They represent insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and corporate clients, the firm handles sophisticated coverage disputes, declaratory judgment actions, bad faith claims, and complex defense matters throughout New York and New Jersey. xrczosw
Who They're Looking For
- Active New York Bar license
- 3+ years of Insurance Coverage and/or Insurance Defense experience
- Experience handling coverage analysis, litigation, motion practice, and client counseling is a plus
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with a team
Salary & Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 and $240,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
