The Role

Are you passionate about dentify, engage, and build pipelines of highly skilled technical talent. This role focuses on proactive sourcing, talent research, and market intelligence, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support critical technical hiring needs.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll be doing:

• Proactively source and engage software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and other technical talent

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future technical roles

• Conduct deep talent research and market mapping across niche technical skill sets

• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities

• Craft and deliver compelling outreach messaging with high response rates

Skills & Experience

You’ll need to demonstrate:

• Previous experience in technical sourcing or technical recruiting

• Proven success sourcing for complex and hard-to-fill technical roles

• Strong knowledge of technical roles, stacks, and hiring markets

• Advanced experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, ATS/CRM platforms)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What we offer:

We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is for Canada $62k to 100k, for US $78k-103k, plus applicable benefits.
