Candidates who need additional QA knowledge or practical experience may choose to participate in our paid QA Training & Placement Support Program .

The program can include approximately 7–8 weeks of instructor-led preparation covering:

• AI-enabled QA practices

Career support may also include technical evaluations, mock interviews, resume preparation, profile positioning, employer submissions, and interview assistance.

Requirements

• Interest in building or transitioning into a career in Software Quality Assurance.
• Previous professional QA experience is not required for all opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred, depending on employer requirements.
• Basic computer and technology proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to understand business requirements and identify potential issues.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn Manual Testing, Automation, API Testing, SQL, and modern QA tools.
• Ability to attend technical evaluations and mock interviews as part of the readiness process.
• Applicants who are not yet technically job-ready may have the option to join a structured paid QA Training & Placement Support Program .
• Training participation is separate from employment consideration, and already-qualified applicants may proceed directly through the recruitment process.
