DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL

DSPs perform a wide variety of tasks that involve both encouraging and guiding persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, focusing on individualized custom care of the highest standards. DSPs support individuals to increase independence and enjoy opportunities for community inclusion on their life-long journey to reach their fullest potential. The DSP plays a vital role in the lives of the individuals we support by embracing the philosophies that Venture Together adheres to, including the Direct Support Professional (DSP) Core Competencies.

We are currently recruiting for Day, Evening, Overnight and Weekend Direct Support Professional positions. With over 40 locations throughout Rockland County, there's sure to be a position that's right for you! AGENCY REQUIREMENTS:Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets agency insurance company driving requirements.

Must successfully participate in Orientation and pass all required testing.All staff must embrace the philosophies Venture Together adheres to, including Person Centered Planning and the DSP Core Competencies.

Salary range: $19.00 - $19.50 per hour

FULL TIME DAY SHIFT AVAILABLE:

• Monday - Friday 7:45am - 3:45pm
