Tavern Next Door
Brooklyn, NY

Tucked beside Red Hook Tavern in Brooklyn, Tavern Next Door is an intimate, cocktail-focused neighborhood bar with its own distinct identity. Built on the same commitment to thoughtful food, genuine hospitality, and attentive service that defines Red Hook Tavern, Tavern Next Door offers a warm, energetic environment where guests can settle in for a drink, a meal, or a full evening.

We’re a close-knit, hands-on team that values people who are curious, dependable, and willing to support one another. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to strengthen their hospitality skills, deepen their knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails, and grow within a respected and expanding New York City restaurant group.

Tavern Next Door is looking for a warm, hardworking, and hospitality-driven Host / Support Team Member to join our team.

This is a hybrid role for someone confident working at the host stand and willing to pick up support shifts as a back server, busser, or runner when needed. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, team-oriented, and excited to learn more about food, wine, cocktails, and hospitality.

As one of the first people our guests interact with, you’ll help set the tone for their experience while working closely with the entire front- and back-of-house team to keep service running smoothly.
